Non-Professional Services:
Includes witnesses, transcription services, copies of briefs, services provided by private printing firms, fire and burglar alarm services, on-line services and all advertisements. Including services rendered by those not normally given professional status.
Examples: Interpreter, clergymen, folding of sample ballots, trucking of voting machines, plumbers, refuse disposal.
