-Must be in existence by August 3rd, 2021
-Must have $10 million or less in annual revenue
-Must be registered to do business in New Jersey at  the time of application and must be in good  standing with the New Jersey Division of Taxation  and NJ Department of Labor and Workforce  Development

•Ineligible businesses: home-based businesses, real  estate holding companies, transient businesses, or  prohibited businesses (i.e. gambling/gaming or “adult”  services)
