SBA Economic Disaster Injury Loans Now Available for Small Businesses in NJ Affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The U.S. Small Business Administration approved Governor Murphy’s application for assistance and will now offer low-interest federal disaster loans for working capital up to $2 million to New Jersey small businesses suffering substantial economic injury as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Applicants may apply online, receive additional disaster assistance information, and download applications at: https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela.

Applicants may also call SBA’s Customer Service Center at (800) 659-2955 or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov  for more information on SBA disaster assistance.

Business counseling is available from our resource partners at the New Jersey Small Business Centers, SCORE and the Women Business Centers who are available to assist and counsel small business owners via Skype and conference calling if they should need assistance throughout the application process.
